Randy is a second generation San Francisco peninsula native. His influential family has been instrumental in the growth of the south peninsula. They own and manage a varied commercial real estate portfolio consisting of apartment buildings, mini storage, 80,000 SqFt of retail space, 40,000 SqFt of medical space, and over 1,000 acres of undeveloped residential and agricultural land. Randy has over 30 years of experience in high tech as a software engineering director in large companies such as Oracle, PeopleSoft and American Savings Bank. He began his commercial real estate career in order to focus on serving the local peninsula communities and help the family business continue to expand.
